Tami Nori: Hunter Channel 32 Bilge keel

I am looking to share the ownership of my Hunter Channel 32, currently berthed at Port Edgar.
She was built in 1994 and has had a considerable amount of upgrading since I bought her. She is in exceptional condition.
She has a new Beta 25 engine, new electronics including radar, AIS and Axiom chart plotter, new Knox anchor and windlass, fully battened main, new alternator controller and shore charger, and 100w solar panel system. Standing rigging was renewed two years ago. There are too many other new items to list here.
I am intending to spend more time sailing on the west coast, but don’t want to lose contact with the Forth, so a 50% share arrangement at Port Edgar would be ideal.
This is a very capable boat, visiting Mull and Islay this year, Orkney last year. She is safe, comfortable and easy to handle.
A half share would be around £18000. If interested, please contact me on 07747 760915, or at strikepete48@aol.com for further details. I have a full folio of photographs available, and a full inventory including all the items added in the last 5 years.
